Want to make sure your staff is all on the same page with PromoSuite? Get in touch with your PromoSuite Client Relations Specialist! Our Client Relations Specialists and Technical Support Staff have radio backgrounds plus in-depth computer knowledge. They can help you integrate PromoSuite into your stations’ daily operations—no matter what your market size, station format or level of computer experience.

Trainings and tech support are done over the phone and through online meetings so our staff can see your desktop. Trainings and support are always free, and no matter what day or time, our tech support staff can be reached to help you out in a pinch. Our offices are open 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. Emergency afterhours support is also available – call 212-509-1200 for additional information.

In-Depth On-Site Trainings

PromoSuite on-site training is available for a minimal fee and is a great way for you and your staff to get up and running with the least amount of time and effort. Your personal Client Relations Specialist will travel to your station to help your PromoSuite integration go as smoothly as possible.
